Becca Beights, PhD, BCBA - Australia
Dr. Becca Beights, Ph.D., BCBA, is a behavior analyst, researcher, and educator with extensive experience in positive behavior support, technology-mediated assessment and intervention, and applied behavior analysis. She serves as the Director of Research for The Centre for Positive Behaviour Support (CPBS) in Australia and the Assistant Professor in the Applied Behavior Analysis Graduate Program at Ouachita Baptist University.
Dr. Beights has held academic, clinical, and research positions across the United States and Australia, including appointments with Griffith University, Texas Tech University’s Burkhart Center for Autism Education and Research, and the Kennedy Krieger Institute. Her work focuses on translating research into practical, person-centered supports that enhance quality of life and promote meaningful outcomes for individuals, families, and communities.
She earned her Ph.D. in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism from Texas Tech University and is recognized internationally for her contributions to Positive Behavior Support, research, teaching, and professional training.
